Savitr adopted a process centric approach to execute software projects in offshore model.
Off shoring as a business model is aimed at reduction of costs. Savitr has the advantage of having specific
focus on this model with significant strengths and experience in managing this model. Various processes
have been evaluated over a period of time and appropriate processes have been established to handle the
project acquisition, communication with clients, and execution of the projects. Savitr clients are happy
with these processes as they have delivered what they wanted from it. The processes are reviewed and
evaluated from time to time to make Savitr adoptable to the ever-changing market scenario and the needs
of the customers.
Following steps outline the process adopted by Savitr at a broader level.
